• Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products (if applicable)

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Time:

• • Inside Dhaka: 5 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 10 business days.

If delivery delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellation
